Typically 3–5 years from society resolution to possession, depending on the size of the project and regulatory timelines. We provide a contractually binding possession date.

What happens to residents during construction?

Residents receive a monthly rent allowance to cover accommodation during the construction period, in addition to the corpus fund. Our team assists with relocation logistics.

How much larger will the new flat be?

Residents typically receive a flat that is 25–40% larger than their existing carpet area, subject to FSI norms and the specific project. This is agreed upon in the development agreement before work begins.

What is the minimum consent required from a society?

As per Maharashtra government regulations, a minimum of 51% of society members must consent to redevelopment. We guide societies through the entire consent and resolution process.

Are there any costs to the residents?

No. Residents receive their new flat, corpus fund, and rent allowance entirely at the developer's cost. There are no hidden charges or contributions required from residents.
